Version 2026-11-02b · Autovio Ltd · Company No. 17547009 · 89 Fengate, Peterborough, PE1 5BA, United Kingdom · post@autovio.uk
These terms apply between Autovio Ltd ("Autovio", "we") and the business that creates an account in Autovio Dealer ("the Customer"). Autovio Dealer is an online system for car dealers with agreements and e-signature, customers, stock, leads, invoices, reports and export. The service is for businesses only.
The Customer is responsible for the users it adds, for keeping log-in details secret and for everything done in the account. The number of users follows the chosen plan. The Customer must give correct business details.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a payment card. After that a card must be added to continue. The subscription is paid in advance by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. The yearly price equals ten monthly prices. Current prices are shown on the sign-up page and under Subscription. Autovio Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
The Customer can cancel at any time under Subscription; the subscription runs until the end of the paid period. Paid subscriptions are not refunded, including when cancelled before a paid month or year has ended. The Customer can try the service free for 7 days before the first payment. If the Customer moves to a cheaper plan during a paid period, the difference is credited against later invoices and is not paid out. If payment fails the account may be locked after a reasonable period. A locked account keeps its data and can still download signed agreements and export. We may close accounts that are misused or used unlawfully.
Agreement templates, texts and calculations (for example VAT and profit) are tools, not legal or accounting advice. The Customer is responsible for the agreements it sends, the information given to consumers, its invoices and accounts being correct and lawful, and for having a lawful basis for the personal data it enters.
The Customer owns its data. Autovio processes personal data on the Customer's behalf under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. The Customer can export agreements and invoices at any time and is responsible for keeping records for as long as the law requires. While the Customer has a subscription we keep all data with no time limit. The Customer can choose the Archive plan, which gives read-only access to all agreements and invoices at a low monthly price, so the data is kept with us for as long as the Customer wishes. After the relationship ends we keep the data for 90 days so that the Customer can export it, send email reminders before deletion, and then delete it unless otherwise agreed.
We work to keep the service available and secure, take daily backups and give notice of planned maintenance where possible. The service is provided "as is" and we may develop and change features. Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.
Autovio's total liability is limited to the fees the Customer paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss caused by the Customer's own information or agreements. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.
For customers in the United Kingdom, English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. For customers in Norway, Norwegian law applies with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
